The project comprises two pentagonal steel-structure commercial buildings, identical in size and appearance, designed and manufactured for a building materials store in Argentina. Each steel building has a total area of ​​468 square meters.The building features an integrated mezzanine floor constructed with V688-1.0mm galvanized decking sheets and a custom steel staircase, enabling dual-function retail display and administrative office space. The building envelope utilizes 50mm thick Class A fire-rated Rockwool sandwich panels, offering exceptional thermal insulation, moisture resistance, and noise reduction capabilities, making it perfectly suited to the temperature fluctuations of South America.
