Steel structure hangar details:

Steel hangar adopts Steel Portal Frame + Space Truss Structure System, contains 6 sets prefab hangars, used in Niger Army.

1. Big steel hangar: 60*40*8m  with 40m2 partial floor(Length*Width*Eave Height)*2 sets, the hangar door size :38*6.5m

2. Small steel hangar: 30*20*8m (Length*Width*Eave Height)*4 sets, the hangar door size: 18*6.5m

3. Bay spacing: 40m

4. Eave height: 8m

5. Ridge height: 9m

6. Amount of steel materials: 115 ton

7. Frame type: gate-type steel frame office with 2 floors. Gate opening framed by pipe truss, quantities of electrical folded pushing gates

8. Main steel framework: H section steel column and beam with 2 times mid-grey anti-rusting painting.  Galvanized C Purlin for roof and wall

9. Support part: tie bar, roof and wall support, bracing, knee bracing, sleeve pipe and angle steel

10. Roof materials: V-960 Insulated Steel Sandwich Panel, 0.4mm/50mm glass wool/0.5mm,glass wool=60kg/m3, white

11. Wall materials: V-900 single steel sheet, 0.6mm thick, white

12. Windows: aluminium-alloy Window

13. Door: professional hangar door and steel door

14. We assign our workers to do the hangar installation with local workers together
