Steel structure plant building details

1. Plastic manufacturing plant structure system adopts light steel portal frame without crane

2. Steel structure building total length is 120m, the height of the low part is 9.4meter, the high part is 20.85m.

3. Main and secondary steel structure were hot-dip galvanized

4. Wall system is 0.6mm thick horizontal steel cladding(V780)+glass wool insulation(PVC veneer)

5. Steel structure plant roof system is steel cladding(V820)+glass wool insulation(PVC veneer)+steel mesh. 

6. The eave has parapet around with 2mm galvanized gutter, all steel structure of the plant is hot-galvanized.
