Prefab steel workshop details

1. Size: 27.5*252*11m (Span*Length*Height)

2. Primary steel structure: Lattice Column + Welded H Beam with epoxy white painting

3. Secondary framing: C Purlin, Tie Bar, Roof and Wall Support are formed as secondary framing with epoxy white painting

4. Steel structure workshop roof & wall cladding: white single corrugated steel sheet with thickness of 0.5mm, to reduce the heat effectively

5. Lifting weight of Crane: 30T

This steel workshop is used for manufacturing large circular tubes whose diameter is over 2m with 21m-long. The client built another two same type workshops due to the rapid increase of production capability and scale.
